| Thanks to everyone who made my birthday so special yesterday!! It was truly a happy 20th for me. Wanna hear what happened? Alrighty then... I woke up at 6 a.m. and knowing me, I ignored my alarm and fell right back asleep. Whoops, lol. Well, my mother wakes me up around 10:15 to let me know that I have a phone call. It was Blanche and I forgot to pick her up. I was supposed to pick her up at 9:45 a.m. so that we could get an early start at the mall. lol. We were going to pick out a party dress for me. So, I woke up, took a shower and got ready to pick her up. Yup yup yuppers!! Anywho, we went straight to the Mall and went to DEB (which I must say is truly an awesome place to work). I tried on a bunch of party dresses, but they were all teeny bopperish, lol, so I was like, forget this. Then Blanche and I went looking around the store for a pretty skirt and shirt, and what do you know, we found the perfect outfit for me, and it was on clearance. Oh, the beauty of a clearance sale. lol.
Then we proceeded to Payless Shoe Source, an amazing shoe store, however, it isn't the best. I bought a really cute pair of white shoes with pretty little flowers on top to go with my new outfit. Let's see... I got to see Brittney at Clares. That always cheers me up. She's such a sweet girl. Then I proceeded to take Blanche home because I had such a big day ahead of me.
Ok, well...lol, I was really in the mood for Dip n' Dops, so my sister Bridget and I went back up to the mall just to get icecream, but someone ended up in Shoe Magic, which is 100 trillion times better than Payless Shoes. All the Shoes are $10 and $20 or $8 and 2/10 or $10 and 2/15. Whoopee!! And...drumroll please... there was such a larger variety. Anywho, enough about that.
At 2:45 my sister Virginia and I went to Fantastic Sams so that I could get my hair trimmed and stylized. It looked so prettiful. Then we went over to Merle Norman where I got a complete makeover and bought some pretty makeup. Oh, and of course, I got some awesome spiking gel that really really works..
Ok, moving on... Afterwards, I returned home and Blanche and Petty and my family came over for dinner. It was really nice and everyone was hilarious. And then I saw Willy Wonka. It was a nice movie, but not as good as the original.. I like my movies really weird. :)
Oh, and yes, earlier during the day I received a phone call from Fox 2 News telling me that I won 2 tickets to West Side Story on Sunday and $200 to a Wedding place. lol. Not that I'm getting married anytime soon, but hey, :) Hopefully it doesn't expire. 
Finally, I thank the Lord our God for creating me and making me who I am. I feel blessed in so many ways.
